The bedhead of the Lullaby Due has a wing silhouette and is cadenced with visible stitching. Its structure is made from steel with moulded polyurethane foam padding. The bedhead is mounted on the swivel base which can turn 360°, both clockwise and anticlockwise, thanks to a swivel mechanism inside the base. The Lullaby Due’s base is made from poplar plywood and padded with polyurethane foam. The mattress supplied, diameter 220 cm x 20 cm height (see “Beds and mattresses diagram”), is composed of steel pocket springs with wool padding for the winter side and cotton padding for the summer side. The bedstead base is made from plywood with padding in polyurethane foam and upholstery in Poltrona Frau canvas. The Lullaby Due bed is upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather.

The padding is in rubberised horsehair, and in soft goose down for the seat cushion. The optional lumbar cushion, padded with goose down, provides additional comfort. The Lyra armchair is upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather or fabric and refined with leather-covered pins in the upper part of the backrest and on the back. The soft optional head rest, padded with polyurethane foam and goose down, does not need to be fastened in place but simply placed on the backrest where it can be positioned as desired thanks to the counterbalance inserted internally. Mamy Blue has a 4-foot solid ash base with a wenge or moka stain, also in the swivel armchair version. For the Mamy Blue pouf, the structure is made from seasoned beechwood and birch plywood and upholstered either entirely in Pelle Frau® leather or in Pelle Frau® leather combined with fabric, as with the armchair.

The Massimosistema sofa is available in single chairs, two- or three-seater sofas with or without armrests, chaise-longues, chaise elements and poufs that can stand alone or easily be joined or combined with each other. The sofa structure is in seasoned beech and poplar with sides in birch plywood and MDF infill. The spring system consists of elastic belts. The seat cushions are in goose down and polyester staple with polyurethane foam insert. The armrests come in three variants - tall, medium and low - and can be mixed and matched for all closed, modular and asymmetrical configurations. Archibald, designed by Jean-Marie Massaud, is a wide and deep armchair with a steel structure, padded with moulded polyurethane foam and polyester wadding for greater comfort. It is distinguished by the pleasantly textured leather upholstery and the folded armrests that resemble a shirt collar. Thanks to a process of digital printing on the leather, usually reserved for small luxury leather goods, Felipe Pantone's artwork gives the upholstery a nuanced palette of reds, oranges, yellows, whites and blues reminiscent of the hot and cold temperatures of a heat map. The upholstery is in Pelle Frau® ColorSphere® Impact Less, the innovative leather tanned with sustainable components and without the use of chrome for a reduced environmental impact.To emphasize the chromatic vibe of the surface, the base, characterised by four die-cast aluminium feet and a steel frame, has a multicolour chrome finish: a special iridescent paint treatment in colours and light, which gives a brilliant purplish-blue shade. A brass plaque, in the same finish as the base, bears the artist's signature and the words “ONE OF 110”. The legs in solid ash with a moka or wenge stain have the impact of a geometric sculpture. In contrast, the tops are soft and curved, in both the round and rectangular versions. The most distinctive feature of the Othello tables is the wooden structure with triangular cross-section and clean edges, beautifully echoed in the diamond workmanship along the edges of the tops. Poltrona Frau has chosen two different materials for the tops. Smoked glass, semi-transparent and light, exalts the architectural solidity of the legs. Fior di Pesco, a particularly prized variety of marble, grabs the attention with its rich and delicate veins which reveal translucent, almost transparent areas in natural light. Alternatively, there is the equally precious Calacatta gold marble. The glass Othello tables are integrated with visible spacers in brushed stainless steel. In the marble version, with polished or semi-polished finish, the underneath of the top is reinforced with a technical mesh to guarantee its resistance. The top is supported by an HPL laminate substrate.

The steel frame is airy and slender. The “T”-shaped beam is separated from the crossbars that support the seat in such a way that the padded part of the sofa appears to float in the air. The load-bearing beam, free of joints, is connected by aluminium profiles in a sophisticated play on interconnections that are clearly visible from the side. The high-tech aesthetic of the metal parts, all of which are finished with matt black epoxy powder paint, contrasts with the warmth and softness of the cushions.
Apparently simple in form, the cushions conceal a wealth of details: from the backrest buttons, a recurring detail of 1980's design and nod to traditional upholstery, to the slight tapering of the joint between the seat cushions and the backrest, for the optimum overlapping of the two elements. The base structure consists of an easel made from triangular-section solid ash in a moka or wenge stain which forms three trapezium-shaped supports connected to each other with fine joints created in the wood. The front of the two drawers is in MDF covered in Pelle Frau® leather matching the upholstery of the top, while the internal structure is made from solid ash in a wenge stain. The upholstery of the top, the front of the drawers, the side walls and the doors accessing the rear compartments is in Pelle Frau® ColorSphere.The upholstery of the top is produced using a particular covering technique without any visible stitching.
Behind the two central drawers, the Peek-a-Book desk has two side flaps that conceal a hollow space. The compartments are designed to act as a conduit for cables and can be used to house multi-sockets or electric cables with Schuko or USB.
It is also possible to install a smartphone induction charger under the leather upholstery of the desktop, as suggested by the branded logo.

The Pierre side tables consist of an L-section aluminium frame and an underlying base made from tubular steel with knurled aluminium feet. The entire product is lacquered with a burnished finish.
The marble tops are available in Nero Pagoda marble with Natural glossy finish or Calacatta gold marble. The latter can be treated with a glossy finish, to which a transparent polyester paint is applied to increase its surface resistance, or a semi-glossy finish for a more natural look.
The tops in Nero Pagoda marble are made by combining tiles of different width cut in such a way that the veins run parallel to the longest side of the table, while the Calacatta gold marble tops are made from a single sheet.

The Pillow armchair is available in 3 versions and in the electric and rechargeable battery models it has a very smooth mechanism that makes it possible to individually adjust the backrest and footrest. The control pad is concealed in the pocket of the left armrest. In the manual version the movements are synchronised thanks to a lever inserted between the left armrest and the seat. The angle of the headrest can be adjusted manually and independently of the backrest. The upholstery of the Pillow armchair is in Pelle Frau® leather.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
