Patricia Urquiola created the elegant artisanal porcelain-stoneware tile line Bas-Relief by Mutina, which is perfect for interior walls and may also be used as a floor basis. Each tile has a matte, unglazed surface measuring 9 mm, and the wall tiles are 18 x 54 cm, while the matching floor tile is 26.5 x 18 cm. They come in four sculptural patterns: Code, Patchwork, Garland, and Cloud. They use light and shadow to produce a dramatic bas-relief effect with different depths. The neutral color scheme of white, powder, black, and cipria gives interior spaces, whether residential or commercial, a sense of sophistication and versatility. This collection, which is VOC-free and not appropriate for outdoor installation, is made from extruded porcelain clays.

I came across to LineaSelect by mistake and one day I sent them an email to see if they can help me with Devon&Devon bathroom items.
The staff was friendly and our communication easy, with both Aiste and Jaunius, very professional.
Today I received the items and I must say I am impressed. They are exactly as described on the website.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
