The frame of the Viola chair is made from solid ash in a Moka or Wenge stain embellished with a weave made from dark brown or natural saddle-leather laces. The seat spring system consists of elastic belts. There are soft cushions on the seat and backrest. The seat cushion is filled with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding while the backrest is padded with down and has an insert in polyurethane foam. The two cushions form a single whole which is fixed to the frame using two snap buttons. The removable upholstery of the Viola chair is in Pelle Frau® leather or fabric.

Forming part of the iconic seating collection of the same name, the Papilio Shell chair comes either with a shell entirely in polypropylene or with a polypropylene shell padded and covered in fabric or leather. The base comes in several versions: with four steel or wooden legs, with a swivel four-spoke frame, or with a fixed four-spoke frame with wheels. The shape of the back of Papilio Shell calls to mind the multicoloured wings of a butterfly ready to take flight. I came across to LineaSelect by mistake and one day I sent them an email to see if they can help me with Devon&Devon bathroom items.
The staff was friendly and our communication easy, with both Aiste and Jaunius, very professional.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
