The Cotone family has acquired new members to go with the upholstered armchair launched in 2017. These are a slim version of the same, called, not surprisingly, Cotone Slim, as well as a table and chair, the latter having a solid wood seat and back. The products in this collection all feature an extruded aluminium frame characterised by sophisticated industrial details. Thanks to these, the pieces can be mixed and matched, according to one's tastes and requirements. The table, which has a simple yet eye-catching design, comes in four rectangular and one square size, the frame being available in the same colours as the chairs. Distinctive and immediately recognisable, the aluminium frame, both light and strong, conjures an elegant contrast with the natural materials used for the top, and well as with the legs, whose slender lines allow several people to sit around the table in comfort. The new sizes complement, and integrate, the wide range of tables currently belonging to the Cassina catalogue.

A family of low tables designed in 2019 by the French duo, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, with the base in the same finishes as the sofa and the top in grey or black HPL. These versatile multifunction coffee tables are perfect for furnishing executive offices, lounge areas and lobbies. The Cotone Slim sofa and Cotone armchair complete the collection.
Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, born 1971 and 1976, respectively, in Quimper, France, studied at the École Nationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and at the École des Beaux-Arts in Cergy-Pontoise. Ronan began independent design work immediately after completing his studies, while his brother, who was still in school, assisted him. Since 1999 both brothers have worked together as joint partners in their own Paris-based design studio. Their work ranges from small utilitarian objects to architectural projects. In addition to the design of domestic and office furniture, vases, porcelain dishware, jewellery and diverse home accessories, a primary focus of their work is the design and organisation of interior space.

I came across to LineaSelect by mistake and one day I sent them an email to see if they can help me with Devon&Devon bathroom items.
The staff was friendly and our communication easy, with both Aiste and Jaunius, very professional.
Today I received the items and I must say I am impressed. They are exactly as described on the website.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
