Ragno's Woodtale series uses premium porcelain stoneware to convey the coziness of reclaimed oak to contemporary settings. It is perfect for indoor floors and walls and comes in 15×120 cm, 20×120 cm, and 30×120 cm planks (10 mm thick). It blends in perfectly with living rooms, kitchens, baths, and commercial interiors. Five natural finishes with a matte, rectified surface and V3 shade variation that resembles real wood grain are available from Woodtale: Betulla, Miele, Nocciola, Quercia, and Noce. For a finished installation, the set also includes matching gradone and battiscopa trimmings. Woodtale, which is made to last and require little upkeep, blends the beauty of real wood with the toughness of porcelain to create a classic style that works well in both modern and traditional settings.

I came across to LineaSelect by mistake and one day I sent them an email to see if they can help me with Devon&Devon bathroom items.
The staff was friendly and our communication easy, with both Aiste and Jaunius, very professional.
Today I received the items and I must say I am impressed. They are exactly as described on the website.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
