In Italian, a "mastello" is an ancient wooden tub used for bathing in the past. The name of the new product instantly conjures up images of bathing rituals in an era when running water was truly a luxury. A "place" because the Mastello (tub), placed in the center of the room, became the focal point of the scene, around which to play, tell stories, and exchange emotions. antoniolupi and Mario Ferrarini rework its meaning with Mastello, a new elegant bathtub. The new Flumood or Colormood bathtub features fluid lines, soft shapes, and candid surfaces that evolve without interruptions. A bathtub with simple shapes, natural and welcoming, that pays homage to the classic old Mastello tub. The internal step facilitates sitting, and the external wooden step gives everyone easy entry to the bathtub. Mastello is a functional and ergonomic bathtub, thanks to the comfortable integrated seat and the edge that rises gently towards one of the ends and serves as a headrest. With a length of 135 centimeters, it is a large bathtub. It can be installed in smaller bathrooms as well, but it can easily accommodate people taller than 195 cm. I came across to LineaSelect by mistake and one day I sent them an email to see if they can help me with Devon&Devon bathroom items.
The staff was friendly and our communication easy, with both Aiste and Jaunius, very professional.
Today I received the items and I must say I am impressed. They are exactly as described on the website.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
