Nobili was founded by an entrepreneur Carlo Nobili in 1954, in Borgomanero, Northern Italy. In the first few years of doing business, Carlo Nobili cleared out the needs of the market and gained a wide understanding of industrial production.
In 1960 Nobili launched the first series of taps in which he used innovated technology and brass, the contrary of the semi-professional production in the market at the time. In his production line, he was able to make less waste, which let him make high-quality taps for lower prices. This pattern of work defined the philosophy of the company today, followed by Carlo’s children Alberto, Maria Grazia, and Pierluigi, as well as his grandson Carlo Alberto Nobili.
In the 1980s the new technologies of mixing water were developing rapidly. Nobili devoted time and many investments in research to save water as well as to the development of the ceramic disc cartridge. Attention to innovation and technologies let Nobili become a pioneer in the industry not only in Italy but also worldwide – the company gained its knowledge in over 87 countries. Such global experience let Nobili get acquainted with many different rules for different countries, thus the company pays attention to every detail, making sure the products meet the requirements of international certificates.
Nobili developed a strict quality control, which is implicated for all the products of the company – around 3 million pieces in a year. That is more than 2000 hours dedicated purely for laboratory tests. The Suno factory holds an area of more than 100 000 square meters and has the PV system with nine thousand solar panels, thus Nobili is confirmed to be a zero-emission company. The panels ensure the energy needed which is 100% sustainable. A plant is a leading example of green production, meeting the AIA requirements, proving Nobili’s commitment to the protection of the environment.

I came across to LineaSelect by mistake and one day I sent them an email to see if they can help me with Devon&Devon bathroom items.
The staff was friendly and our communication easy, with both Aiste and Jaunius, very professional.
Today I received the items and I must say I am impressed. They are exactly as described on the website.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
