Innovation combined with tradition
Cristina Rubinetterie was established in Italy in 1949, near lake Orta. The company founded by Ezio Cristina remained a family business as the sons of Ezio, Alberto and Riccardo filled in their father’s work with the same passion and urge for keeping the tradition alive and improving the craftsmanship with new technologies.
In 2007 taps, fittings and thermo-hydraulics manufacturer opened the logistics hub and a completely automated warehouse.
In 2017 Cristina Rubinetterie opened its first showroom in the Milan design district. This move was to ensure the impact of the company in the bathroom and kitchen accessories industry as well as to be more open to the design world and the public.
In 1968 the company introduced thermostatic mixers and a vast variety of colors. Later, the huge popularity of stainless-steel taps led to the launch of a whole separate department of stainless-steel taps. This move was also a step towards ageless contemporary products as well as sustainable production.

Cristina Rubinetterie values fruitful collaborations with talented designers, thus collections of Makio Hasuike (Diario, Rubinetto, SX collection) got the awards from 1999 till 2018. The Busetti Garuti Redaelli and Cristina Rubinetterie collaboration resulted in the Italy series collection in 2017 and won the ADI Ceramics and Bathroom Design award. Jean-Michel Wilmotte and MC2 Architetti Associati are also in the partners list of Cristina Rubinetterie.

I came across to LineaSelect by mistake and one day I sent them an email to see if they can help me with Devon&Devon bathroom items.
The staff was friendly and our communication easy, with both Aiste and Jaunius, very professional.
Today I received the items and I must say I am impressed. They are exactly as described on the website.

I had a disappointing experience with Lineaselect at first. After confirming and paying for a binding offer that included a fixed delivery timeframe, I was informed six days later that the manufacturer was currently unable to deliver the product. I was offered to either cancel the order or wait for a new, undefined lead time.
While communication remained polite, the handling of the situation initially felt unprofessional. Accepting payment and confirming delivery, only to withdraw the offer days later, raised concerns about reliability.
Update:
After this rocky start, Lineaselect made every effort to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. In the end, I have to say it turned out to be a positive overall experience. The team was responsive and tried hard to find a good solution.
